GESTION SIMPLIFIEE DESERVES INSCRIPTIONS POUR VOTRE GROUPE
Creating a group gives you access to a centralized dashboard that gathers all your members’ registrations. Once your group is set up, each participant can register using a dedicated link.
This service is available exclusively to companies, public institutions, embassies, associations, and foundations.
HOW TO CREATE YOUR GROUP
Simply fill out the form below. The information you provide will be used to create your profile on the registration platform, which you can update at any time (e.g., adding drink tokens or tent rentals).
Once your group is created:

you will receive a dashboard access link

a registration link to share with your participants.
INVOICING
At the conclusion of the registration period or when you choose to close your group, a final invoice detailing the total amount will be generated.
FEE STRUCTURE

Fixed group creation fee: 20 €

Race fee: 25 € per participant

Group options (delivery race numbers, tent, drink tokens)

Individual options (finisher t‑shirt, neck strap, donation)

GROUP OPTIONS
This year, several options are available for groups. These options can be modified at any time until your group’s registration deadline. The group leader will be able to adjust the quantities whenever needed. The three available options are as follows:
Delivery Race Number
Delivery of your race numbers, runners' bags, and other accessories directly to your offices (including items ordered and paid for individually by participants, such as the finisher T‑shirt).
Delivery anywhere in Luxembourg: €35
Tent reservation
You can reserve 1 or 2 tents for your group at the Knuedler. Each tent is a 3×3‑meter structure equipped with 2 benches, 1 table, and an additional outdoor space.
You are welcome to bring snacks and a beach flag. The tents are located along the start and finish lane.
A faster drink service will be available for groups with a tent. Prepaid drink tokens are required to use this service.
Price: 550 € per tent
Prepaid drink token
This year, the Chouchou team (Les Après‑Midis Chouchou Tea Dance LGBTIQ+) will operate a large, upgraded bar at the Knuedler, much bigger and more efficient than last year.
You can pre‑order prepaid drink tokens to offer beverages to members of your group. Each token is worth 2€.
For reference: Soft drinks 4 €, Beers 6 € and reusable cup deposit 2 €.
Keep in mind that if you offer a soft drink, you should budget 6 € per person (including the 2 € deposit, which is refunded when the cup is returned).
